Clause 9
In the principal Act, in Part 9, before section 130, insert —“Amendment of Schedules129.—
(1)
The Minister may, by order in the Gazette, amend or add to the First, Second, Third or Fourth Schedule.
(2)
The Minister may, in an order under subsection (1), make provisions of a saving or transitional nature consequent on the enactment of the order that the Minister considers necessary or expedient.”.
