Section 17

Without limiting section 18(2) of, and item 7 of the First Schedule to, the Supreme Court of Judicature Act 1969, the court may, at any time and on such terms as it thinks just, by order extend or abridge the time prescribed for anything under any rules made under section 10(2)(g).
