Interpretation of this Part

(1)
In this Part, unless the context otherwise requires, “permitted areas of legal practice” means all areas of legal practice other than any area of legal practice prescribed as an area to be excluded from the ambit of this definition.

In this Part, unless the context otherwise requires —
(a)
a reference to this Part includes a reference to any rules made under this Part; and
(b)
a reference to the contravention of a provision includes a reference to the failure to comply with any condition of any registration imposed under that provision.
