Regulation 28
Subregulation 1
Every law corporation must, before amending any provision of its memorandum or articles of association, or constitution, relating to or affecting the matters specified in the Second Schedule, apply to the Director of Legal Services for approval of the proposed amendment.
Subregulation 2
An application under paragraph (1) must be made in such form as the Director of Legal Services may require, and must be accompanied by such documents, particulars and information as the Director of Legal Services may require.
