Regulation 27
The following principles guide the interpretation of this Division.Principles(a)A legal practitioner involved in any court proceedings (whether as a counsel, a witness or otherwise) must relate to another legal practitioner in a manner which promotes the administration of justice.
(b)
A legal practitioner is responsible to an opposing legal practitioner for maintaining due process and promoting the administration of justice.
