Communication with another legal practitioner
Where a legal practitioner acts for a party in a matter, the legal practitioner must not disclose to the court any communication relating to the matter between the legal practitioner and a legal practitioner acting for another party in the matter, unless there is an agreement between the 2 legal practitioners to do so.
