Persons admitted as candidates for degree of Bachelor of Laws by National University of Singapore on or after 1st May 1993

Any person admitted as a candidate for the degree of Bachelor of Laws by the National University of Singapore on or after 1st May 1993 shall be a qualified person if —
(a)
he has passed the final examination for that degree; and
(b)
he has attained at least lower second class honours in relation to that degree.
