Regulation 5AA

Persons admitted as candidates for degree of Doctor of Jurisprudence by National University of Singapore

Any person admitted as a candidate for the degree of Doctor of Jurisprudence by the National University of Singapore is a qualified person if the person —

(a)

has passed the final examination for that degree; and

(b)

has attained at least a Merit in relation to that degree.
