15. Supplemental provision to sections 13 and 14
Feedback & supportFor the purposes of sections 13 and 14, a certificate issued by the Minister charged with the responsibility for internal security stating that he or she is satisfied that it would be contrary to the national security or interest for the limited partnership to be registered under this Act is conclusive evidence of the matters so stated.
Section 14(2) does not apply in a case where the Registrar cancels the registration of a limited partnership under section 14(1)(a) pursuant to a certificate mentioned in subsection (1).
Registrar
“Registrar” means the Registrar of Limited Partnerships appointed under section 9 and includes any Deputy Registrar or Assistant Registrar of Limited Partnerships appointed under that section;
