For the purposes of this Part, unless the context otherwise requires, “authority” means the officer for the time being responsible for the carrying out of the relevant provisions of this Act or of any other written law.[82** Sections 59 to 81 in the 1970 Edition were repealed by Acts 59/73, 14/75 and 6/80.
