Regulation 62A
Preparation of agreed documents

All the parties must, no later than 5 days before the date fixed for the commencement of the initial hearing (called in this Part the first hearing date), jointly prepare the following:
(a)
a statement of agreed facts;
(b)
an agreed bundle of documents, comprising every document or exhibit in respect of which parties are agreed as to authenticity.
