Regulation 62D

An Interim Orders Committee may, on its own motion or upon the application of any party, postpone a hearing at any time.

An application for the postponement of a hearing must be made in writing to the chairman of the Interim Orders Committee no later than 7 days before the first hearing date, unless the Interim Orders Committee allows the application to be made in a shorter period before the commencement of the hearing, and must be supported by good reasons.
