General exemptions

of Medicines Act 1975

Section 9

The Minister may by order —

(a)

provide that, in relation to any medicinal product which was available for sale in Singapore immediately before 24 June 1977, sections 5 and 6 have effect only after the period specified in the order; and

(b)

provide for any other exemptions from the restrictions imposed by sections 5 and 6 that the Minister thinks fit.
