Section 152

A person shall not increase the weight on the safety-valve of a pilgrim ship beyond the limits fixed by the surveyor, and, if he does so, he shall, in addition to any other liability which he incurs by so doing, be liable for each offence to a fine not exceeding $2,000.[169
