Section 215
Any person employed in a lighthouse, who wilfully or negligently omits to do any act proper and requisite to be done by him with respect to the lights or signals exhibited in a lighthouse, shall, if such omission is of a nature likely to cause danger to navigation, be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction before a District Court to a fine not exceeding $1,000 or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 2 years.[233
