62. Document obtained by fraud
Feedback & supportThe Director may cancel any certificate issued under this Act which is fraudulently obtained and the person to whom the certificate has been issued must, on being notified by the Director of its cancellation, forthwith deliver it or cause it to be delivered to the Director.
