Regulation 2

The rules in this Part relating to passenger accommodation, stairways, hospitals, latrines, wash places, etc., apply to all new passenger ships, and to existing passenger ships where reasonable or practicable. The rules in this Part shall not apply to pilgrim ships except rules 9, 15, 16, 20, 23 and 25.
