46. Materials for construction to conform with requirements of Part

Materials intended for use in the construction of hulls, boilers and their appurtenances, machinery, fittings and equipments of ships to which these Rules apply shall, except where otherwise specified, be manufactured, tested and found to conform with the requirements of this Part.
