Section 11
It shall be an offence for a person being the owner, tenant, occupier or person in charge of any place or premises, to permit or suffer such place or premises or any part thereof to be opened, kept or used for —
(a)
the purpose of smoking, administration or consumption of any controlled drug; or
(b)
the unlawful trafficking in or the unlawful manufacturing of any controlled drug.
