Section 8

Possession and consumption of controlled drugs

Except as authorised by this Act, it shall be an offence for a person to —

(a)

have in his or her possession a controlled drug; or

(b)

smoke, administer to himself or herself or otherwise consume —

(i)

a controlled drug, other than a specified drug; or

(ii)

a specified drug.
