Definitions
In these Regulations, unless the context otherwise requires —“Assessment Board” means the Assessment Board constituted under regulation 29;“Commandant” includes a Deputy Commandant and an Assistant Commandant;“dependant” in relation to a cadet, includes the parent or lawful guardian of the cadet;“member of the Corps” includes an honorary officer and an honorary instructor appointed under section 9 of the Act;“school” includes a junior college.
