21. Transfer of employees

As from 1 July 1996, such persons employed immediately before that date in the Parks and Recreation Department as the Minister may determine are transferred to the service of the Board on terms no less favourable than those enjoyed by them immediately prior to their transfer.

“Parks and Recreation Department” means the Parks and Recreation Department of the Ministry of National Development;
