22. Existing agreements and pending proceedings
Feedback & supportAll deeds, bonds, agreements, instruments and arrangements subsisting immediately before 1 July 1996 affecting any movable property transferred under section 20 or any person transferred to the service of the Board under section 21 continue in full force and effect on and after that date and are enforceable by or against the Board instead of the Government or any person acting on its behalf as if the Board had been named therein or had been a party thereto.
