Elected candidates
Subregulation 1
If, after nominations are closed, the returning officer of a club receives fewer valid nominations than there are vacancies to be filled, he shall declare the candidates nominated to be elected.
Subregulation 2
If the returning officer receives more valid nominations than there are vacancies to be filled, a secret ballot shall be held for the contested seats.
