35. Annual general meeting

The annual general meeting of a club shall be held in September.

Notice of the meeting shall be given to all members not less than 10 days before the date of the meeting.

Any business to be included in the agenda for the meeting shall be handed in writing by any two members to the honorary secretary not less than one week before the meeting.
