Regulation 27
The Minister may rely on a document or part of a document for which confidential treatment has been granted under regulation 26, for the purposes of —
(a)
considering a notice of appeal against an appealable decision; and
(b)
making a decision under section 26(7) of the Act in relation to the appealable decision.
