Regulation 15
If the Reviewing Tribunal having cognizance of an appeal considers that the notice of appeal —
(a)
is not lodged in accordance with rule 13; or
(b)
is materially incomplete, unduly prolix or lacking in clarity,the Reviewing Tribunal may, without affecting section 43(2) of the Act, give any directions to the appellant that are necessary to remedy the notice of appeal.
