17. Withdrawal of appeal
Feedback & supportAn appellant may, at any time and with the permission of the Reviewing Tribunal, withdraw the appellant’s notice of appeal.
Where a Reviewing Tribunal grants permission under paragraph (1), the Reviewing Tribunal may require the Secretary to publish a notice of the withdrawal of the appeal in any manner that will secure adequate publicity for the fact of the withdrawal.
Subregulation 1
