Consolidation of appeal proceedings

Regulation 23
Where 2 or more appeal proceedings under these Rules are pending in relation to the same appealable decision —
(a)
the Reviewing Tribunal having cognizance of the appeals in those appeal proceedings; or
(b)
any of the Reviewing Tribunals having cognizance of any of the appeals in those appeal proceedings,may, on the request of a party or on its own initiative, direct that the appeal proceedings be consolidated and dealt with by the Reviewing Tribunal together.
