Regulation 26

If, at the time appointed for the hearing of persons by a Reviewing Tribunal with regard to an appeal, any party to the appeal proceedings connected with the appeal does not appear, the Reviewing Tribunal may, if satisfied that the party has been duly notified of the hearing, proceed with the hearing and make any decision that it thinks fit for the purposes of section 41(1) of the Act.

This rule does not affect section 43(1) and (2) of the Act.
