12. Offences

(1)

Any person who uses a vehicle parking certificate which was not issued to him or which has been cancelled or which for some other reason is invalid shall be guilty of an offence.

Any person who makes, in relation to an application for a vehicle parking certificate under these Rules, any statement or declaration which is false shall be guilty of an offence.
