Cessation of validity of vehicle parking certificate
Subregulation 1
A vehicle parking certificate shall cease to be valid if —
the ownership of the heavy vehicle is transferred to another person;
the registered owner of the heavy vehicle ceases to be authorised to park the heavy vehicle in the designated parking space; (c)the period for which the vehicle parking certificate was issued has expired; or
the holder of the vehicle parking certificate surrenders the vehicle parking certificate to the officer or licensee who issued the vehicle parking certificate.
Subregulation 2
The holder of a vehicle parking certificate shall immediately inform in writing the officer or licensee who issued the vehicle parking certificate to him of the occurrence of any of the events specified in paragraph (1)(a) or (b).
