Definitions

In these Rules —“HDB parking place” means a parking place that —

(a)

is provided by the Authority under section 4 of the Act; and

(b)

is operated by the Housing and Development Board;“URA parking place” means a parking place that —

(a)

is provided by the Authority under section 4 of the Act; and

(b)

is operated by the Urban Redevelopment Authority.

“HDB parking place” means a parking place that —

(a)

is provided by the Authority under section 4 of the Act; and

(b)

is operated by the Housing and Development Board;

“URA parking place” means a parking place that —

(a)

is provided by the Authority under section 4 of the Act; and

(b)

is operated by the Urban Redevelopment Authority.
