Charges for vehicle removed, detained or immobilised under section 15(1) of Act from or at HDB parking place
Where a vehicle found in an HDB parking place is removed, detained or immobilised under section 15(1) of the Act, the following charges must be paid for the release of the vehicle under section 15(4) of the Act:
if the vehicle is removed — a removal charge of the applicable amount specified in Part 1 of the Schedule; (b)a storage charge at the applicable rate specified in Part 1 of the Schedule for each day or part of a day during which the vehicle is detained, starting on the day the vehicle is detained; (c)if the vehicle is immobilised —$109.
