20A. Measurement of girth size of tree and dimensions of planting area

(1)
For the purposes of section 14(4) of the Act, the girth of a tree must be measured one metre from the ground.
(2)
For the purposes of section 23(1) of the Act, the dimensions of a planting area must be measured along the ground.
Subregulation 1
For the purposes of section 14(4) of the Act, the girth of a tree must be measured one metre from the ground.
Subregulation 2
For the purposes of section 23(1) of the Act, the dimensions of a planting area must be measured along the ground.
