Regulation 19
For the purposes of section 27(2) of the Act, any excavation, cementing or sealing up in any way, or otherwise rendering impervious to air or water, any part of the ground within a radius of 2 metres from the collar of a tree planted pursuant to a notice under section 27(1) of the Act shall be regarded as damaging the tree.
