Regulation 20B

All premises mentioned in section 22 of the Act must be surrounded by a planting area measuring —
(a)
not more than 2 metres wide, except as otherwise specified in paragraph (b); and (b)not more than 5 metres wide from the front boundary of the premises adjoining or abutting a public street.
