Appeal to Minister
A person aggrieved by any of the following decisions of the Registrar may appeal to the Minister:
(a)
the refusal of any approval under section 12(2)(a) or (b);
(b)
a direction under section 12(2)(c);
(c)
the refusal of any approval under section 14(3)(a) or withdrawal of any approval under section 14(3)(b).
