18. Conditions of licence

“licensee” means a person holding a licence, and includes a person whose licence is suspended;
For the purpose of subsection (1), the Registrar may specify —
Registrar
“Registrar” means the Registrar of Pawnbrokers appointed under section 5, and includes any Deputy Registrar of Pawnbrokers or Assistant Registrar of Pawnbrokers exercising the functions of the Registrar;
conditions applicable to all licensees;
conditions applicable to a specified class of licensees; or
conditions applicable to a specified licensee only.
The Registrar may, by written notice to a licensee, add to, vary or cancel any condition of a licence.
