19. Licensee to comply with statutory duties

A licensee must comply with its statutory duties in sections 20 to 29.

“licensee” means a person holding a licence, and includes a person whose licence is suspended;

A licensee that fails to comply with any of its statutory duties in sections 20 to 29 shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $20,000.
