Section 10

Protection from personal liability

Amended by39/96

No suit or other legal proceedings shall lie against —

(a)

any member, officer or employee of the Association or any other person acting under the direction of the Association;

(b)

any member of the Board or any person acting under the direction of the Board; or

(c)

any member or officer of any committee appointed by the Board or any person acting under the direction of such committee,for anything which is in good faith done or intended to be done in the execution or purported execution of this Act.
