Establishment and incorporation of People’s Association

Section 2
(1)
A corporation called the People’s Association (called in this Act the Association) is constituted.
(2)
The Association has perpetual succession and a common seal.
(3)
The Association may sue and be sued in its corporate name and perform any other acts that bodies corporate may by law perform.
