Appointment of inspectors

Clause 11
(1)
The Minister may appoint such number of inspectors for the purposes of this Act and for such periods as he considers necessary.
(2)
Such inspectors shall be deemed to be public servants within the meaning of the Penal Code (Cap. 103).
