Arrest without warrant

Clause 20
(1)
Any inspector appointed under this Act or any police officer may arrest without warrant any person offending in his opinion against any of the provisions of this Act.
(2)
All offences under this Act shall be tried by a District Court or a Magistrate’s Court.
