Clause 23

Any stocks of petroleum in respect of which an offence has been committed under sections 5, 9 and 16 of this Act or under any regulations made thereunder shall be confiscated and shall be disposed of in any manner the Minister thinks fit, and the proceeds, if any, of such disposal shall be paid into the Consolidated Fund.
