Section 70
Nothing in this Act prevents the doing of any act within the practice of pharmacy by any person if the act is carried out —
(a)
in the course of the person’s training;
(b)
under the supervision of a pharmacist registered under section 16(1); and
(c)
in an establishment approved by the Council for the purpose of section 16(1)(b) or 17(3)(a).
