70. Exemption in respect of pharmacy training

practice of pharmacy
Defined · s 2
“practice of pharmacy” means any of the acts or activities specified in the Schedule;
(a)
in the course of the person’s training;
(b)
under the supervision of a pharmacist registered under section 16(1); and
(c)
in an establishment approved by the Council for the purpose of section 16(1)(b) or 17(3)(a).
