14. Registrar of Council

For the purposes of this Act, the Chief Pharmacist is the Registrar.

“Chief Pharmacist” means the Chief Pharmacist of the Ministry of Health;

The Minister may appoint another person to act as Registrar during the absence from Singapore or incapacity from illness or otherwise of the Registrar.
