Amendment of section 20
Section 20 of the principal Ordinance is hereby amended —
(a)
by inserting immediately after the expression “time,” appearing in the first line of subsection (1) thereof the expression “with the consent of the Minister,”; and
(b)
by deleting the expression “subsection (1) or subsection (3) of” appearing in the first and second lines of subsection (4) thereof.
