Amendment of section 21

Subsection (2) of section 21 of the principal Ordinance is hereby amended; —

(a)

by deleting the colon appearing at the end of paragraph (c) thereof and substituting therefor a full-stop; and

(b)

by deleting both the provisos thereto.
