Section 25
Upon the commencement of this Act, all movable properties, assets, privileges, debts, liabilities and obligations vested in or belonging to, and all other business transacted by, the Post Office Savings Bank established under the Post Office Savings Bank Act [1970 Ed., Cap. 198], repealed by this Act, shall be transferred to and vest in the Bank without further assurance and its business shall be carried on by the Bank.
